Meet Melissa

Melissa Fairchild, LCSW

Born with a severe hearing deficit and subjected to physical, emotional and sexual abuse throughout her childhood, Melissa left home at seventeen.  At eighteen, she acquired her first pair of hearing aids. 

For more than 30 years Melissa has helped thousands who have struggled with overwhelm and chaos to create lives they believed were unattainable.  After working with the Veterans Administration for 27 years, Melissa retired to commit fully to her coaching practice.  Today, she is a High Performance Leadership Coach who works with CEOs.
